  27. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
  28. The Living Presence is a monthly publication of Parkman Road Church of Christ dedicated to an open and fresh approach to revealing the profound nature of the glory of God dwelling with us through Christ.  While many of the concepts are new and much discussion concerning prophetic fulfillment is necessary, the impetus of the paper is to make evident the ultimate victory of the Christian in light of the finished work of Jesus.  Therefore, while we believe that biblical prophecy is fulfilled, this brings about a never-ending challenge and opportunity for man to gain from it a greater understanding of his status before God; a profound and saved status for all of those experiencing the new covenant presence of Christ.
